We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless we explicitly say otherwise, as all sales are final, we address these concerns on a case by case basis. If there is an issue with your order such as the wrong size, or item, please contact us at so we can get it sorted!

In cases where we agree a return is necessary, the customer will bear all shipping costs to deliver the item(s) back to us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If for any reason the package is returned to us due to you not picking up the package past the shipping carrier's deadline we can only offer a partial refund of the total amount minus the shipping fees paid by us plus a 15% restocking fee deducted from the total refund, unless a different agreement is arranged by both parties.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Fraud / False Chargeback

In the event we believe a payment is fraudulent, we will inform Shopify and legal authorities, we take these matters very seriously. If we believe you are doing fraud it may result in the denial of refund requests and potential legal action. The following activities are strictly prohibited.

a) Filing false claims of non-delivery or product defects with the intention of obtaining a refund while retaining the product. b) Initiating chargebacks without attempting to resolve issues with our customer support team. c) Providing false or misleading information during the refund process. d) Making duplicate refund requests using different accounts or contact information.

1.3 Investigation and Consequences: In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, we will conduct a thorough investigation. If found liable, the following actions may be taken:

a) Refund Denial: Any refund request found to be associated with fraudulent activity will be denied, and the customer will be notified of the decision. 

B) Reporting to Authorities: In cases of severe fraud, we may report the incident to the appropriate legal authorities.

2.1 Chargeback Definition: A chargeback occurs when a customer contacts their bank or credit card company to dispute a transaction, resulting in the reversal of funds to the customer's account.

2.2 Contacting Customer Support: Before initiating a chargeback, customers are required to contact our customer support team to resolve any issues or concerns related to their purchase.

2.3 Refund Attempt: If we are unable to resolve the issue to the customer's satisfaction, we will attempt to process a refund or offer alternative solutions, subject to our standard refund policy.

2.4 Chargeback Disputes: We understand that there may be situations where chargebacks are genuinely necessary. If you believe a chargeback was filed in error, please contact our customer support team with relevant details, and we will work with you to address the concern.

2.5 Chargeback Fee: In cases where a chargeback is deemed unjustified or in violation of our refund policy, the customer may be responsible for covering any chargeback fees incurred by Amaurosis.
