Shipping Policy
Important Message: It is absolutely vital to understand that all orders processed during a PRE-ORDER will have to wait generally 3-8 WEEKS before the orders are shipped depending on the quantity of items sold throughout the pre-order period. The Amaurosis team will confirm a more specific time frame of when orders will arrive after the pre-order time frame concludes. You will know an item is pre-order when there is BIG RED TEXT in the description that says PRE-ORDER IS NOW LIVE (Expected Shipping Wait)!
All orders are processed/confirmed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for delays that are the fault of shipping carriers, or border customs holding a package for inspection. We are not responsible for shipping carriers losing, mishandling, or damaging packages. We are not responsible for any import taxes or customs on packages.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
At this time, we do not ship to [North Korea, Sudan, Cuba, Iran, South Sudan, Iraq, Syria, Liberia ].
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that these shipping times are estimations, we are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Amaurosis is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at JD@amaurosis.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some of our shipping carriers DO NOT deliver to P.O. boxes, these shipping carriers include Fedex and UPS. We are NOT responsible if you set your address to a P.O box and the carrier then loses/returns your package.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless we explicitly say otherwise, as all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order such as the wrong size, or item, please contact us at JD@Amaurosis.net. so we can get it sorted!
In cases where we agree a return is necessary, the customer will bear all shipping costs to deliver the item(s) back to us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jd@amaurosis.net with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
