FAQs

We specify shipping times on a product-by-product basis, but generally, if we say we have it in-house (pre-made), it will take 1-5 business days. If the product is marked as MADE-TO-ORDER, please allow us 3-8 business weeks. Check all product descriptions for their shipping times!

Yes! We ship internationally, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. Please be advised customers are responsible for any VAT/Customs fees/Taxes on delivery. We highly recommend choosing the USPS option as there is usually no broker fees compared to UPS.

We generally do not accept random returns, however, we handle returns on a case by case basis. In the event of the product not fitting how you want, you can exchange for a different size if we have it in stock. Please email us at JD@Amaurosis.net, we will see what we can do for you.

Please also check out our refund/return policy.
